Your godaddy email is a custom domain email address linked to a microsoft 365 business license, so it's considered a work or school account. Can i use my domain name with my microsoft 365 family subscription i currently have a domain name hosted by namesco which i would like to use with my microsoft 365 family subscription. i would like to set each user with a mailbox name using this . com domain. can this be done or do i need to move the domain to godaddy?.
I recently bought a domain from godaddy through microsoft. i was never able to set it up though. godaddy told me that it was something only microsoft could do and microsoft told me that godaddy had. The premium feature on office home 365 allows me to use my own domain there's a wizard that should add the txt and mx records to godaddy automatically and as far as i can see, ms changed the dns records on my domain. nothing is happening afterwards though and i can't set up e mail adresses with my own domain. any thoughts?.
