At the end of my run today my watch gps got extremely inaccurate making it so it added a whole quarter mile to the real distance (i know since i've done the route many times before) and now it is overriding all my best efforts which are legitimate. Also of note, unless you're recording power with said garmin, don't put a lot a stock in the strava estimate. it doesn't know the bike you're riding, the tires you have, the type of surface you're riding on, the wind direction, etc.
