Loose Ford Backhoe Swing Chain Tractorbynet Repairing old backhoe boom swing chain on the farm. I have a 1970 ford 4000 tractor with a 750 backhoe, and 1 of the swing chains for the boom broke. what is the best way to replace the chain(s) ?.

I have a mid 1970's ford 535 tractor with an add on backhoe. i cannot find any numbers on the backhoe, either serial or model. my swing chain broke the other day and i cannot seem to locate a replacement. the ones that i find measure 1.5 inches from center of link pin to center of link pin.
