Catholic Islander News Church Cleaning Crew What is the catholic islander? the catholic islander is the official magazine of the diocese of st. thomas in the virgin islands. our publication is dedicated to sharing the stories, events, and faith journeys of our vibrant diocesan community. through engaging articles and beautiful photography, we aim to inspire and inform our readers about the life and mission of the church in our region. His excellency, bishop herbert bevard, blessed rosaries at st. anne chapel on st. thomas as 200 faithful gathered for a procession to a mass at ss. peter and paul cathedral honoring the 95th anniversary of the apparition of our lady of fatima in portugal. Help keep our church and facilities looking good, on your schedule! a team of volunteers meet at 5:00 am on monday mornings to clean the church. this includes sweeping, vacuuming, dusting pews, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, straightening up, shining up the glass windows, etc. volunteers may be scheduled on a rotating basis. We are blessed with dedicated volunteers at each of our churches who generously give their time to keep the lord’s house clean. currently, we are in need of additional help at the parish's our lady of fatima church and st. frances cabrini church sites.
