
Everyday Decisions Project Findings Workshop Legal Capacity Research Please join us for a stakeholder meeting to present and discuss the initial research findings of the ‘everyday decisions: interrogating the interface between legal capacity and mental capacity’ project, run by professor rosie harding and dr ezgi tascioglu and funded by the british academy. the meeting will be held from 12.30 4pm on friday 29th september. The everyday decisions project research focused on legally relevant decision making by and with people with intellectual disabilities. in this part of the report, we outline the ways that disability and capacity were conceptualised in the research project.
