For a while now i have ahd my cpu overclocked to a stable 4.5ghz but then i started noticing some unusual performance in games and decided to double check my overclock. the bios still reports 4.5ghz but windows and third party apps report 4ghz in all situations. my power plan is set to ultimate so there isn't a limitation in that regard. does anyone have any suggestions?.
