Multi Year Accessibility Plan Toronto Public Library In 2023, tpl continued our multi year journey by working together to identify, remove and prevent accessibility barriers within our programs, services, digital and physical spaces, and employment opportunities. The library is further required to develop an annual status report on its progress of implementing the initiatives within the plan. in december 2021, the city librarian and directors approved tpl’s 2021 2024 multi year accessibility plan. the multi year accessibility plan was subsequently endorsed by the library’s board in june 2022.
