A fair way off my pb but i think covid has cost me a bit of pace on the hills. my watch says i got a pr for 1 mile though, 5:57 which is my first time running a mile under six minutes. Could it be flagged as an assisted run? my understanding is it will still count as a parkrun for you but the time won't count for your pb. hopefully there is someone here with more knowledge on assisted parkruns.
