I know you can't mix a sram shifter with a shimano derailleur (and vice versa), at least according to google since each 'click' moves the derailleur a different amount for each manufacturer. but what about cassettes and front chainrings? has anybody successfully used a sram cassette with a shimano derailleur or vice versa?.
